Fees

Fees are always established in agreement with the client and depend on the type of case, the degree of complexity and the necessary workload. The fee may be determined:

– a fixed fee based on the rates specified in the Ordinance of the Minister of Justice of 22 October 2015 on fees for lawyers (Journal of Laws of 2015 Pos. 1800) that can be modified due to the complexity of the case;

– a fixed fee with the “success fee” clause, which means that part of the fee will depend on the final outcome of the proceeding,

– hourly – for every hour of work.
